Hudson Ltd. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
Dufry AG (Dufry) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hudson Ltd., has publicly filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of Hudson Ltd.’s Class A common shares.
The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined, although Dufry intends to retain majority ownership of Hudson Ltd., Dufry expects the offering to occur in 2018, subject to market conditions.
Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
