Autogrill is the world’s leading provider of food & beverage services for travellers. The Group is present in 30 countries on 4 continents, operates in about 774 locations managing about 3,300 points of sale with about 46,000 employees and is present in 139 airports.
Colombian Emeralds is one of the largest retailers in the Caribbean market and is a specialized travel retail concept, with shops across Central America and on-board Norwegian Cruise Line vessels. It also offers a large selection of renowned jewelry and watch brands. With high-quality precious jewels, handcrafted designs, named collections and exceptional value, the exclusive pieces have distinctive features that command the ultimate sense of luxury. Colombian Emeralds has formed part of Dufry since 2012.
Duty Free Shop Argentina
Duty Free Shop Argentina is the most successful and exclusive duty-free franchise in Argentina and has become the main reference in the country when it comes to tax-free shopping. The airports where Duty Free Shop Argentina operates are located in strategically selected cities in terms of tourism and passenger transit. The product mix includes national and imported tax free items, providing a full selection of goods from different brands and nationalities. In 2011, Dufry acquired Interbaires, the leading travel retailer in Argentina which owned the Duty Free Shop Argentina stores.
Duty Free Uruguay
Duty Free Uruguay is the one of the major duty-free airport retailers in Uruguay and present in the most relevant airports across the country. Duty Free Uruguay operations focus on the duty-free segment, offering the best product selection across the core duty-free categories, including perfumes & cosmetics, confectionery, liquor, fashion and local products. Duty Free Uruguay became part of Dufry Group in 2011, when Dufry acquired several Latin American operations.
Hellenic Duty Free
Hellenic Duty Free is the leading travel retailer in Greece. The company is present in the main airports, seaports and border locations across Greece as well as onboard cruise liners and ferries, covering all tourist areas of the country. Hellenic Duty Free operates duty-free and duty-paid shops, offering products from a wide selection of original, local and brand name items. In 2012, Dufry acquired the Hellenic Duty Free business and consolidated its presence in the Mediterranean area, the most important tourist destination worldwide.

The global restaurateur operates food and beverage locations in 120 airports across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. Its portfolio of award-winning restaurants consists of hundreds of brands, including exclusive proprietary concepts, chef partnerships, and popular national, regional, and local brands. Every day, HMSHost strives to create the best airport dining experience for all travelers through great food and customer service. HMSHost became part of Dufry Group in 2023 through the business combination of Dufry and Autogrill.
Hudson, one of the largest and most recognizable travel retailers in North America, is committed to enhancing the travel experience for over 300,000 travelers every day in the continental United States and Canada. Anchored by our iconic Hudson brand, we own and manage over 1,000 duty-paid and duty-free stores in 89 locations, including airports, commuter terminals, hotels and some of the most visited landmarks and tourist destinations in the world. For more than 25 years, Hudson has led the way in convenience travel retail and has formed part of Dufry Group since 2008.
With over ninety years experience serving travellers, Nuance is one of the most traditional travel retail brands, with the majority of its operations spread across Europe, Asia and North America. Nuance offers several retail formats including duty-and tax-free shops, brand boutiques and concept stores as well as a comprehensive product mix, tailored to address the different customer profiles. Thanks to its geographical reach, retail expertise and extensive distribution network, Nuance is excellently equipped to support the Group to further expand activities and very much so in Asia. In 2014, Dufry signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Nuance creating significant value and enhancing its global leadership in travel retail.
The RegStaer Group of Companies was founded in 1998 and since that time is one of the leading travel retail operators in Russia. RegStaer is one of the main duty free operators at Sheremetyevo airport, main duty free and duty paid operator at Vnukovo, Domodeodovo airports in Moscow, Pulkovo airport in Saint-Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don and Mineralnye Vody airports, Krasnodar and Sochi airports. RegStaer is strategically positioned to capture the main passenger flow and benefit from its exposure in the Russian market. The product mix includes the best selection of the core duty-free categories, ranging from perfumes & cosmetics, confectionery and liquor to fashion, accessories and electronics. RegStaer became part of Dufry in 2012 through a Joint Venture, when Dufry acquired 51% of the company.
World Duty Free
World Duty Free is one of the world’s most popular travel retail brands, operating mainly in airports and with a broad geographical reach, from its heartland in Western Europe, to the Americas, the Middle East and Asia. WDF operates different retail concepts, ranging from duty-free to convenience among many others, through some of the most exciting and engaging airport shops in the world. WDF offers a large range of products from the main traditional categories, with a focus on the customer and innovative marketing programs, including multi-channel digital and live in-store interactive promotions. WDF became part of Dufry in 2015, following the biggest acquisition in travel retail history.
