Employee recognition is an important step in the employee's journey allowing to value single employee and team achievements. Every year, Dufry celebrates the One Dufry Awards, which recognize excellence and celebrates the success of our people worldwide who are dedicated to delivering. Awards are grouped into five categories, thus again providing equal treatment and opportunities to excel. Winners are celebrated and featured across our internal communication channels allowing them to share and enjoy their achievements with colleagues.
