Ordinary General Meeting 2022
The Ordinary General Meeting of Dufry AG will be held at the office of Dufry AG at Brunngässlein 12, 4020 Basel, Switzerland, on May 17, 2022 at 08.15 hrs.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in line with the applicable COVID-19 regulations, the 2022 Ordinary General Meeting will be conducted without the presence of shareholders. Dufry’s shareholders are invited and encouraged to vote through the independent proxy.

The results of the 2022 AGM will be published on 17th May 2022 following the meeting.
